Advanced high-strength steel (AHSS) steels are relatively not very well weldable because of the dominant martensitic structure with coarse ferrite and bainite. The utmost difficulty in welding these is their tendency to crack both heat affected zone (HAZ) weld. significant disadvantage that strength welded joint much lower comparison base material. Adopting new technology regarding micro-jet cooling (MJC) after could be way steer microstructure weld metal deposit. Welding might treated as a promising S700MC process. Tensile fatigue tests were mainly carried out main destructive experiments for examining Also bending probes, metallographic analysis, some non-destructive measurements performed. welds created using innovative by MAG cooling. paper aims verify tensile properties thin-walled various parameters micro-cooling. For first time, was used order check proper mechanical joint. results processed form Wöhler’s S–N curves (alternating stress versus number cycles failure).
